Removing Pet Urine
Here are some pictures of jobs where I have removed pet urine from a clients carpet and floor. The process is very intense, and quite nasty. However, I can save a carpet if a client wishes. The pictures here are from 2 jobs. These each took 2-3 days to complete. Yes, that is about 30 hours of work. But the results speak for themselves.
Job 1: This couples dog was using this room to urinate in for over a year. This required pulling up the carpet, removing the contaminated padding, replacing part of the tack strips, sealing the subfloor, and putting in new padding. The extraction of the urine went well, and there was only one small area next to the wall that was so discolored that the color didn't come back. This was the actual 'pee' spot of the dog. The smell in this room before we started was enough to knock you back a few feel when you opened the door. After I finished, there was no odor at all.

Job 2: The dog here had been using the living room as a toilet for only a few months. But you can clearly see just how much damage is done. While the color of the carpet keeps the urine from showing much on top, you will see how much is there when I started to run my chemicals through it. Amazing how much is left after a client 'THINKS' they cleaned it all up. This job required (because of the size) cutting the rug in several places. I then put it all back together. There are no visible seems when it is all done.
